Dr. Jayachand Pallekonda, President of Federation of Indian American Christian Organizations in North America, tried to choke one of the protesters (name withheld on request) unprovoked. The Chicago police who are on high alert pounced on and arrested the Christian leader. The court proceeding are pending against him.
