Global Hindu Heritage Foundation initiated Bala Samskar Kendras to instill morals, ethics, and principles in the lives the students at an incredibly young age. They will shape their personalities and character. They will allow them to distinguish between right and wrong as well as good and bad. Moral values will build good character at individual level and respect for law and order at the societal level. They learned about Swan – Turtle story. 
Swan-Turtle Story
Once upon a time in a pond there lived a turtle named "Kambugrivam" and two swans named Vikatamu and Sankatamu were very friendly. Summer is near. The swans said to the turtle, "Friend! This pool is slowly drying up. So we will move on into another lake." Tortoise was sad and said, "This is unfair. Is it right for you to leave me alone after being friends with you for so many years? Can I live even one day without seeing you! Anyway, take me along with you."
The swans think of a trick and bring a stick and they are friends with the turtle! You bite this stick with your mouth. We both hold the other end with our noses and climb up. In our midst you can travel with us in the sky and reach another lake. They said don't open your mouth until we tell you to. To that the turtle happily replied. Before leaving, the swans reminded the turtle, "Friend! There will be many villages and towns on the way. People will see us going in the sky and people will circle, children will make merry. They will say whatever comes to their mouth. But do not open your mouth under any circumstances. If you open it, you will fall off the stick and die."
The turtle bit the stick and held it tight, saying that he would obey those warnings. The swans took the sticks with their beaks and flew to the sky. After some distance, a village was reached. Seeing this strange thing, the children and elders of the village started shouting. Some are whistling. They joked that the turtle flies in the sky. Others are the following.
Tortoise gets anxious. In that haste it forgot the swan's warning. She opened her mouth to ask the swans what the commotion was below. Dabhimani immediately broke away from the stick and fell down and died. There are three types of people in the world. One, people who cannot even think for themselves.  Second, people who would not listen to others.  Third, Fools are those who don't think for themselves  and don't listen. Such fools behave like turtles and become corrupted. "Once upon a time a fish lost its life because it didn't listen to its friend," said Magatitupakshi, tell the story of that fish. The female bird started telling the story.
The moral of the story: One should speak only at the right time.
