“The religions and philosophies of the East distilled a sublimity of thought scarce attained in the West; the wonderful Indian system of Yoga, the Gnani Yoga of Wisdom, Raja Yoga of Mind, Hatha Yoga of Body, Bhakti Yoga of Love, Karma Yoga of Work, developed a discipline millennia ago blending mysticism with daily life, showing Man’s relation to the Universe incarnating ever upwards to perfection to Union with God.”

Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is very happy to expand our Ghar Waapasi program to other places in Andhra Pradesh. As you are aware that we have a Ghar Waapasi program in ten different locations in Assam, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.

Addanki is a Municipal city in the newly created Bapatla district of the Indian State, Andhra Pradesh. Addanki North is the Mandal headquarters of Adamski Mandal in Ongole revenue division.  Addanki is located on the bank of Gundlakamma river. This river is the main resource of drinking water for Addanki.

32 Christians Returned to Hindu Dharma

Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is very happy to announce that  Sri Subrahmanyam Marchella is working tirelessly to talk about the richness and greatness of Hindu Dharma in Addanki Mandalam for the last three months.  Started Ghar Waapasi in and around the Addanki area. He has been visiting nearby villages and meeting both Hindu and Christian families.

GHHF welcomed 32 Christians back to Hindu Dharma – 14 women and 18 men. As we know many of these Christians are under the spell of Christian Pastors and scare them to death by teaching that they will burn eternally if they go back to Hinduism. It is not easy for converted Christians to get courage and confidence to return to the religion of their fathers and forefathers. Sri Subrahmanyam had approached them several times before they agreed to return to Hinduism.

Hindu leaders in the community such as Sri Ramu, Sri Lakshmi Prasad Garu and spoke about the need for organizing such events and appreciated the efforts of GHHF to bring back those Christians who left their original faith.

Some of the activities our Pracharak engaged are listed below:

·        An Auto driver was announcing that GHHF appointed him Karya kartha to appraise the Constitution and rights of Hindus,
·        He is also coordinating Bala Samskar and initiated FIVE Sunday Schools (Bala Samskar)
·        Visited Dharmavaram Village and met with Village elders in Sri Rama Temple and explained the plight of Hinduism and why we should be cautious of Christian missionaries.
·        About 35 kilometers from Addanki. He visited Katta Kinda Palem where he talked to Hindu families about the importance of maintaining our customs and traditions.  He mentioned that Hinduism is in danger because of the aggressive Christian missionaries and how they are trapping the Hindus in BG/ ST colonies.

Sri Subrahmanyam talked to several Christian Family Members  and started talking about what is written in the Bible. He talked about the reservations accorded to SCs, BCs, and other backward classes and how they would lose if they got converted to Christianity. Talking about the Bible and what is written in the Bible shocked many people, both Christians, and Hindus. Pastors would not talk about the verse dealing with incest, cruelty, terrorism, extramarital relations, stoning to death and so many other topics.

As you all know that GHHF prepared a fifty-two-page small book comparing Bhagavad Gita and Bible. He read some of the verses from the Bible that are obscene, disgusting, and bloody. He asked them to bring their own Bible and showed them what is written in it about incest, raping, stoning to death, and wiping out humanity.

He also talked to several families or individuals and shared two documents – a four-page flyer explaining the individual rights accorded by the Constitution of India and how they are protected from the missionaries. The second document is a fifty-two-page booklet comparing and contrasting Bhagavad Gita and Bible. Like most Hindus, it was a surprise for them to know that they can repel the Christian aggression, force, and false propaganda. Our Pracharak explained the real nature of Christianity is involved in killings, murders, rapes, looting, burning, stoning to death, and such violent acts throughout history.

While talking about the Bible, he mentioned what is written in the Bible. It says in Genesis in Chapter seven verse 4  that “I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.”

Many Christians are not aware of what is written in the Bible.  They did not want to answer as to why God would be so hateful toward every living being and wanted to destroy them from the face of the earth. Bible also talks about prostitution and how they should be burned to death.

WE NEED YOUR HELP

We appreciate it if you can help in hiring more people who can go to these villages to do Ghar Waapasi. We have employed 26 Pracharaks so far. More people we hire, more villages can be covered to welcome them back and also create Chaitanya (Awareness) among the students and villagers.

1) Donate any amount to help the Dharma Pracharaks to work at the ground level.

2) Sponsor one Pracharak: In order to expand our base and hire one Pracharak, it would cost approximately $3000.00 per year. We have five anonymous donors who sponsored Assistants.
