Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is incredibly happy to inform you that we have appointed four Pracharaks and Bala Samskar teachers in and around Cachar City in Assam. Cachar is an administrative district in the state. The district headquarters, Silchar, is one of the most important business centers of Assam. In 2006, the Indian government named Cachar one of the country's 250 most backward districts out of a total of 640.
                Sri Samrat Dutt from Cachar has been coordinating and organizing activities in ASSAM– Ghar Waapasi and Bala Samskar and other activities. He was responsible for identifying four Pracharaks – two males and two females. He also identified 10 teachers for Bala Samskar. He even found three villages where Bala Samskar Kendras are being sponsored by them. GHHF would like to express our appreciation to SamratJi for his passion and determination to coordinate and supervise these activities.

Hindu Advocates Forum sent a letter to Hon'ble Amit Shah, Home Minister of Bharat for the formulation of rules of the Citizenship Amendment Act 2019. It's been a long 3 years that CAA has not come into force even after passed in both the houses of parliament just due to pressure from Islamists. This is to be noted that CAA is for the persecuted  Hindus, Jains, Buddhists, and Christians of Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc.

               “With the MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs) not notifying the rules, they cannot be implemented. According to the Manual of Parliamentary procedure, rules have to be framed within six months from the date on which the statue came into force. In case the Ministries/Department are not able to frame the rules within the prescribed period of six months, they should seek an extension of time from the Committee on Subordinate Legislation stating reasons for such extension.

That, “Hindus are not foreigners in Indi”, Citizenship Rights of the Hindus will be protected,” Detention camps are not for Hindus,” … Even when you were addressing a BJP seminar on NRC in Kolkata you said:

               “I want to assure the people of Bengal NRC will be implemented but nothing of this sort is going to happen. I assure all Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs, and Jain refugees they won’t have to leave the country, they will get Indian citizenship and enjoy all the rights of an Indian national.”

But, in reality, the picture is different. Hindu Advocates documented the death of a Hindu who came to India from Bangladesh. He was thrown into a Detention camp as a foreigner instead of treating him as persecuted Hindu from Bangladesh. He died in the morning of October 13, 2021.”

               Assam has six Detention Camps to put in jail any illegal immigrants. But most Hindus are in these camps. Even Supreme Court allowed those who stayed there for more than two years to be released. Thus, the Advocates requested the Minister to look into this matter to formulate the guidelines and implement them as soon as possible.

 The CAA is designed to make sure that minorities in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh are not treated as illegal immigrants if they entered India. Minorities in these countries are identified as Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis, or Christians before 2014. Ever since the CAA is passed many self-serving political parties, crooked politicians, radical students, and Muslims who want to make India a Muslim country, the wretched media, and mindless secularists have all conspired to rake up controversy and tarnish the image of India and discredit Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

We mentioned that minorities in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan are allowed to get Citizenship in India because they are being prosecuted. For example, the Hindu population dwindled from about 20 % to 1.2% in Pakistan. A similar experience is faced by Hindus in Bangladesh where the Hindu population declined from about 25% to about 6%. Minorities in these three countries are systematically persecuted by the government and the people. Islam does not tolerate any other religious people. The majority of Islamic countries do not give any freedom to worship and deny fundamental rights.

Global Hindu Heritage Foundation organized a meeting in Dallas in SUPPORT OF CAA on February 23, 2020. As we are all aware the Citizenship Amendment Act was passed by both the houses and became an ACT on December 12, 2019.
