Global Hindu Heritage Foundation Pracharaks have been at the forefront of providing water, buttermilk, fruits, and vegetables to ensure that the cows and other animals will have enough food during the summer season. As you are aware, we started Water Pandals to provide water and buttermilk for people for more than six weeks in at least twenty Centers. Also, we distributed Chappals to the needy.
On August 1, 2024, our Pracharaks went to the farm of Garudapuram village of Kalyanadurgam Mandal, brought some kharubuja (cantaloupe) fruits, and stored them near Gopi Swami's house.
Gopi Swami's father also participated in this program and gave fruits to the cattle.
Our Pracharaks in Anantapur have always been on the lookout for serving the needy – whether people or animals. Realizing that the last cutting of cantaloupes season is over and many of them will be rotten on the field, they approached the farmers and requested them to help feed the cows. The farmers readily agreed and asked them to take as many cantaloupes as we wanted. Our volunteers went to the farmland and picked up loads of them and put them in Autos and brought them to different places and fed them.
We thank Gopi Chary Garu, Arjun, Anil Kumar, Hanumante, and the sons of Gopi Chary for doing a great Sewa to these animals.
These fruits were grown in the Garudapalem village of Kalyandurg Mandal. After the farmer told them that the last cutting of the fruits had been done, they went and picked up the cantaloupes. The cattle in the town are eating food or plastic covers and are dying.
Everything was put in the auto, and some were stored at Gopi Swami's house. Today, Karabuja fruits are used as food for some cattle.
Some monkeys also came to eat the fruits. We are grateful to them on behalf of our company.
Today, in the center of Kalyanadurgam Mandal, the cows were given Karbuja (cantaloupes) fruits.
