Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is not only engaged in so many activities in the villages to preserve and protect our culture, but we are also equally committed do our seva to protect the animals and other creatures during the hot weather. For the last five years GHHF has provided water, shade, and fodder to these animals. These animals and pets will be subjected to heat, dehydration, sun damage and risk of parasites. Some general, visible symptoms of heat stress among animals include “disorientation, lethargy, excessive panting, increased respiration rate, inability to stand up straight, increased salivation, increased water intake, loss of appetite and loss of consciousness.”    
Summer-2024 has already started and is scorching. Our whole life is suffering due to heat and particularly for animals which are perishing and there is none to care for. There are many cattle, dogs, birds, squirrels, and many more dying on the streets and burrows. Thru Global Hindu Heritage Foundation we are providing water to these poor beings in as many cities as possible provided we find someone to volunteer this divine act. More particularly in Anantapur, Andhra there is high scarcity of water even for people. Just to refill the water in these tanks we were asked 30000 rupees apart from making tubs, transporting, and cleaning.
GHHF believes that the animals, birds, squirrels, pets should be taken care of during summer as many people do not even venture to come out of their houses because of scorching sun. Imagine what will happen to these innocent animals.
We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give    
We pray all to take up such activity in their area which is more divine than anything else, we are doing our best and the purpose of posting is to let you know that there is a need elsewhere.
As you can see GHHF team feverishly getting prepared by making the Water Tubs arranging water Tanks to come and fill up these tubs.
