While talking to a gathering of about 600 Hindus from Bangladesh, I talked about the richness of our traditions and culture.  I mentioned that Steve Jobs read Autobiography of a Yogi written by Sri Paramahamsa Yogananda when he was a college student. That influenced him to go to India and spent about six months in India, visited Neem Karoli baba Ashram and other places. When he introduced iPhone to the world, he downloaded that book into his iPad and used to read it at least once a year.
When he came to know that has Cancer, he planned his funeral and invited hundreds of influential leaders in business, politics and  popular culture. After the funeral, everyone was given a wooden box containing An Autobiography of a Yogi. Just imagine the kind of impact that book had on Steve jobs.
That is the culture we should appreciate and try to transmit to our next generation. The richness and greatness of Santana Dharma must be transmitted to the next generation to make them proud of our culture. It is the responsibility of every parent to make sure that they learn about our culture and transmit our heritage to the next generation. We should talk about the importance of Devi Puja and Temple worship. Everything we do is based on science. Let us learn about the greatness of our culture and work toward protecting it,
In fact, nearly 30 Nobel laureates acknowledge that Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads and Vedas inspired them and found answers in these scriptures.
